Manchester Easy Rent Ltd charges to Landlords and Tenants

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it is now a legal requirement for all letting and managing agents in England and Wales to publicise details of their fees and to say whether they do not have client money protection. Manchester Easy Rent Ltd Tenant’s deposits are registered and submitted to;

Manchester Easy Rent Ltd is a member of; Property Redress Scheme, Ground Floor, Kingmaker House, Station Road, New Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 1NZ. Membership Number PRS001587 Manchester Easy Rent Ltd charges Landlords a percentage rate of 10% of the total rents collected. This is to cover costs of advertising the property, carrying out accompanied viewings of the property.  The charge also includes drawing up a Property Contents Inventory, checking the Tenant into the property at the start of the tenancy, rent collection throughout the duration of the tenancy, arranging for maintenance works to be undertaken as and when required, inspection of the property during the tenancy and checking the Tenant out of the property at the end of the tenancy. Manchester Easy Rent Ltd charges Tenants a fee equal to one week’s rent per property. This is to cover costs relating to issuing paperwork including Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, Standing Orders, Tenant Details Form , Current Employer and Current Landlord Details Forms. It also includes charges incurred for using the services of Tenant Referencing Agencies and/or Credit Referencing Agencies. Manchester Easy Rent Ltd Tenants will not incur any further costs for tenancy renewal but will be charged for call outs for lost keys @ £50 or be charged for any damage they, or their visitors, may do to the property.
